Due to the increased customer base and the occasional lost request/e-mail/question, we now have a support ticketing system live at https://www.moto-east.com/support/

Please use username “moto” password “customer” to login (enabled for spam protection). Then you can set up an account. This allows us to much more efficiently track tuning requests and assure that you are not lost in the dozens of e-mails we get daily.

If you have any issues or not receive a response within 48 hours of submitting your ticket, please contact via e-mail or phone to make sure we got it as this system is new. You can also continue the prior way of communicating via e-mail, however, using a ticket system will assure that we don’t miss anything and you get the quickest service!
